Welcome!

I'm Dr. Candice Small, a licensed psychologist with specialized training in both clinical and school psychology. I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults to better understand learning, behavior, and emotional well-being across home, school, and community settings.

With a background in school psychology, I bring extensive knowledge of educational systems and specialize in helping families navigate special education supports. My evaluations are often used to inform IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and 504 Plans, and I work closely with families to translate assessment results into clear, actionable steps for school success.

Whether you're seeking clarity around ADHD, learning differences, autism, anxiety, or mood-related concerns, I aim to provide assessments that are not only thorough and accurate, but also empowering. My goal is to help you understand your child’s unique strengths and challenges — and to offer meaningful recommendations that support growth, confidence, and well-being.

An evaluation should do more than provide a diagnosis — it should open doors to support, connection, and understanding.

I’m here to help guide that process with care, collaboration, and insight.
